Not happy with your purchase? No worries, we’re here to help! If your item is unused and unopened, you can return it within 14 days. All the details about shipping and refunds can be found right here on this page.

Return conditions

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The order must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Make sure the package is securely packed to prevent damage to the items being returned.
  • The product(s) must not be used or damaged, and the seal of any sealed product must remain intact.
  • Returns received outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
  • If you received gifts or samples as part of a promotion on our online store and your return causes your order to fall below the minimum order value required for the gift or sample, you must also return the received gift(s) and/or sample(s). If the gift(s) or sample(s) are not included in the return, their value will be deducted from your refund.

What cannot be returned?

  • Hygiene products (such as creams, masks, etc.) if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Products that have been used or damaged.

Following these return conditions is essential for the proper processing of your return. If we receive product(s) that do not meet the above return conditions, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return or issue a refund. Additional shipping costs will be charged to send the product(s) back to you.

Return shipping costs
The costs for returning the item are at your own expense. These are the costs as calculated by the postal services. Make sure to send the package with a tracking code so you can track it at all times. 

Return instructions

  1. Send an email to hello@trenddepartment.com with your order details. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide you with the return address. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Pack the items in their original packaging and shipping box. Ensure the package is well-packed, and all returned products are unused. Don’t forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
  4. Ship your package to us.

Refunding
Once the return is received, we will inspect it to confirm that the item is unused and unopened. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order has been checked. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
